Transition from Within

My name is Bertha Myers and I am a licensed professional counselor. I am trained in CBT through the Beck Institute and graduated in 2016; I hold a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, an MBA, and a BA in sociology. 

My approach is Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Bowen Family Systems Therapy; which are thinking styles and systems. Combining them is how systems influence our thinking styles. Our systems include family, social, work, religion, and law. 

I specialize in helping with anxiety, stress, depression, grief, conflict, and managing substance use/abuse; these are the things that make everything worse. Other specialty areas include coaching, time management, divorce, and adjusting to life changes. Focusing on individuals, couples, and groups.
